Volcanoes are formed  when magma works its way to the surface of the earth.
It erupts to from lava flows and over time as the volcano continues  to erupt, it will get bigger  and bigger.
When a volcano erupts it can cause problems when ash and lava spew from it.

It can do lots of damage to a lot of  people and towers ,homes and buildings.
